Climos Announces Scientific Advisory Board

Top Scientists and Researchers Join the Battle to Address Climate Change

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, February 20, 2007 - Climos, a climate company dedicated to leveraging natural processes to remove carbon from the atmosphere, today announced the formation of the Climos Scientific Advisory Board. This board includes some of the world's experts in ocean, earth and climate science. They will assist Climos as the company moves forward to help address global climate change.

Dr. Margaret Leinen, Climos chief science officer, said, "We have brought together many of the best minds in the scientific community. These distinguished scientists have extensive backgrounds in climate and ocean research and technology, and will help Climos finalize our scientific direction."

"Climos supports a comprehensive approach to addressing climate change, beginning with aggressive greenhouse gas emissions reductions, the use of renewable energies, and the exploration of all practical methods of offsetting mankind's current carbon footprint," said Dan Whaley, Climos founder and CEO.
