Ben came on board with Climos in July of 2006, just over a month
after receiving his BA in International Relations from Stanford
University. At Stanford, he was a co-founding member of the Roosevelt
Institution, the country's first student-run policy think tank. He ran
the Environment and Energy branch of the organization, which now has
chapters at over 150 college campuses.
Ben was born and raised on the campus of an environmental science
boarding school and organic farm in Vermont, and is an avid traveller.
He has lived and travelled extensively in West Africa, worked on
archaeological digs in the Roman forum and in rural Sicily, and lived
in Paris to study political science.
In addition to Climos, Ben works with Act Now, a progressive media strategy firm in San Francisco's Potrero Hill area. Click here to read the NY Times' coverage of that project.
Ben's passions include hiking, skiing, writing and drumming, and he resides in San Francisco.
